No real plan but I like the free weights and the higher reps. Let's gooooooo

Couple of pigeon pose and inside elbow to ankle stretch. I get a bug in my right knee(squats) and I can tell it's from a dysfunction so I'm going to try and locate the source and fix it.

Dumbbell Bench Press/Dumbbell Bench Row

2 Rounds

DBBP 55 x 10
DBBR 55 x 5 R/L

3 Rounds

DBBP 65 x 10
DBBR 65 x 5
(20mins)

Pause Squat/Pistol Grip Chin

5 Rounds

Squat 135 x 5
PGCH x 1
(20mins)

Sneak in a quick OHP at 135 for power check. I own it.

Wide Grip Pull Down/Bulgarian Split Squat

5 Rounds

WGPD 85 x 10
BSS 30# DB x 5 R/L (alternate w/ bodyweight)
(15mins)

Press Behind Neck/EZ Bar Curl

5 Rounds

PBN 95 x 2
EZC 50 x 5
(6mins)

Overall Workout Rating, Ok

DBBP I added some weight to match my feel. This went well, ended on the perfect amount of effort for the last rep, maybe an RPE 9
DBBR The rows were meh.
PSQ These were the standout of the day. I'm getting stronger and this is where it's showing the most. It's light weight for sure, but that pause at the bottom really changes things. I'll be happy to make bodyweight with these at some point.
PGCH The first attempts let me know I couldn't get more than one each time. The rows sapped me. Maybe an off day here, these seemed to get easier in the last sets but I was happy with one.
WGPD These were light weight as well but I'm not used to higher reps so I was just feeling out how 50 reps here would work out. By the end I was able to find and focus on those rear muscles doing all the work with no body english.
BSS These are tough to incorporate at the gym. Not really a fun place to experiment with stuff like this.
PBN I saw the open rack on the way to the lockers so I stopped in real quick before they closed for the night. No rest between these and the curls. That's why only 2 reps and the light weight on the curls. 95 is surprisingly easy here. I'm not sure why on that one but I like it because it really feels like it hits the entire 3 delt heads hard. This is probably a really great accessory for putting up heavier weight on the OHP.
EZCurl These started out not too bad so I went sloooow on the eccentric and fast and hard on the concentric. The last reps were very tough, RPE 9's.

The fasting was only a couple days this week. I hit a low of 202 on Tuesday. Today I weighed 208. Last couple days I've been home more and eating a little more freely. Feeding muscle is what I feel. I'm also concentrating on resting more, much more.

Recently started Beverly Creatine and Aminos.

Happy with the amount of pulls this week. Biceps are cool, but calves and back are where it's at.

I'm really starting to feel things come together. Having a place to get a workout at school is changing things up in the best way possible. My body keeps changing and now with the higher rep stuff it's really grabbing a gear.

Squat/Overhead Press (small pauses for squats but not consistent)

Squat 95 x 10
OHP 95 x 10

3 Rounds

Squat 135 x 10
OHP 135 x 3
(20mins)

Dumbbell Bench Press/Dumbbell Bench Row

5 Rounds

DBBP 65 x 10
DBBR 65 x 5 R/L

(35mins)

Dips/Parallel Grip Chins

3 Rounds

Dips BW x 3
PGCH BW x 3
(10mins)

Wide Grip Pull Down(behind neck)/EZ Curl

2 Rounds

WGPD 100 x 10
EZC 50 x 5

WGPD 100 x 8
EZC 50 x 5
WGPD 100 x 5
EZC 50 x 5
WGPD 100 x 5
EZC 50 x 5
(15mins)

Overall Workout Rating, Really Good

Squats continue to be the tale of the day. For a bunch of reasons I bumped to ten reps on this one. All these last sessions I've been feeling so strong but not really wanting the heavier weights. So I went the other way. For 10, 135 was pretty easy. I'm nervous to add more but it might be ok. I'm mostly after the caloric sink that really seems to be following the increased leg work. But if it makes sense then it makes sense. We'll see about 155x10 on the next one.
Overhead Press I held back on just a bit. I didn't want to do two big lifts back to back that way, I didn't know what kind of fatigue I'd be setting myself up for when I have a bunch of big days to go this week. I kept that at 3 and it was solid, small pushes to break the bar from the shoulder but this felt really good.
DBBP I went straight to the 65's. These took a hit from the OHP so they took a little bit longer to recover but that's ok. I'm also pacing myself a bit slower to kind of try and enjoy the gym for me time. This is on purpose to try and create a healthy habit of joy from lifting.
DBBR were ok, I can probably handle more weight but maybe if it's too light on the next one I'll add a rep or two.
Dips were tough as well. The OHP really hits my triceps and the fatigue follows all they way through. I'm grinding on the subsequent pressing work after the oHP. These were grinders but I also found the ability to try and focus on the chest aspect. Good stuff.
PGCH these were ok. The rows set me back a little bit for these but not that bad. I wanted to get some pulldowns still so I kept the reps low.
WGPD these went pretty well. I tried more weight and found my limit. I'll be able to stay here and see what happens.
EZC these were easier than last week and if I'm being 100 on this, my arms seem different already from last week. These reps were easier and super controlled quick 1 count concentric with at least a 4 count eccentric. BOSS on these.

Arms super pumped after today's work. Haven't felt this pumped since the early 2000's when I first started lifting. I think the creatine is actually doing somewhere there because all in all I don't eat a lot of meat. Not to mention the fasting. Then the aminos I'm taking as well. Things are adding up to a changed physique for sure. I can tell where my abs want to be in the future. In many 30 pounds down I might be able to see them.

Very nice work Leo. Just a small suggestion if you are willing to take it. I understand that you are a bit apprehensive to bump up then squats but consider doing Waving Ladders. This will definitely increase your squat (or other big lifts if you want) steadily and without you even realizing it. Very simple concept. pick a starting weight and do 7 reps, add a pretty big jump (big is of course relative) and do 1 rep, remove a bunch of weight but go a bit heavier than the 7 reps ( maybe 5 lbs) and do 6, add a bunch of weight ( maybe 5 lbs LESS than the 1 rep) and do 2 reps, remove weight and do 5, add weight and do 3 reps, remove weight and do 4 reps. Off you noticed everything adds up to 8 reps ( 7+1, 6+2, etc) except for the last set which is 1/2. This REALLY works. When I did this I increased my front squat a bunch and when I finished after a few weeks I was front squatting 250 for reps (There is NO WAY I could do that now, lol). Just an idea

DUDE! Thank you!!!

If I get good sleep tonight I'm hitting this tomorrow. I'm barely sore today. I'm getting used to the increased output. Tomorrow I'll give a run at this.

I might try 185 for the single. I'm fairly certain I have that in the tank, if not even 200. Baby steps for now. I'm really trying to focus on enjoying trying all the different stuff.

On that note, I thank you once again. Without this space, life would have less flavor. Thanks, JD

Settling into Tuesdays and Thursdays and I think this is going to be how it goes. I like it a lot. They have a spin class at 4 that I might go to after I workout.

Started the day with sups, Bang and a banana.

Apparently, I've been dogging it, man. A lot of stuff went down today. Like, fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck. I wouldn't have guessed 205 would register an RPE 6. I wouldn't have guessed squatting heavy helped my press. What today showed, for me, is that loading the girdle with a heavier weight than you press, makes the press easy. All I know is when I got under the bar, after the squats, for the OHP the weight did not feel too heavy to strict press. So a bunch of strict presses at 135 happened today almost effortlessly.

Today's order was squat ladders for JD. The rest is all grit from the devil

Squat/Neutral Grip Pullup/Overhead Press

Squat 135 x 8
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 205 x 1 RPE 6
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 140 x 7
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 195 x 2
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 145 x 6
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 185 x 3
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 150 x 5
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 175 x 4
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 155 x 4
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
Squat 165 x 5
NGPU BW x 1
OHP 135 x 1
(40mins)

Dumbbell Bench Press/Dumbbell Bench Row

5 Rounds

DBBP 65 x 10 (5th set 6, pause 3, pause 1)
DBBR 65 x 5 R/L
(20mins)

Wide Grip Pulldowns/Easy Bar Curls/Bulgarian Split Squat

5 Rounds

WGPD 100 x 10, 8, 85# 10, 8, 10
EZC 50 x 5
BSS BW x 5 R/L
(15mins)

Overall Workout Rating, Badass Leg Day

Squats have been building up so long I didn't know what I had in me. From the feel of 205, with short pause at the bottom, I might even have 250. This felt to good, sat at the bottom, I felt everything grab, glute, all the connecting muscles around the hip joint, all the vastus, pectinius and adductors. I just felt strong. So strong I just kept going. I stopped not because I was spent, but because I thought I should, all things considered.
NGPU these were easy and I could have gotten more reps that I did. I wasn't sure how long I'd be squatting so I played safe at one. These were very slow from the bottom deliberate pulls.
OHP Boy oh boy. All I know is after that first press following 205 taking 135 off the rack was easy and unintimidating for the press. All of these went up solid, poked my head through the hole, and held overhead for at least a few seconds.
DBBP was ok. I pooped out on that last set. After the pressing overhead I guess it made sense.
DBBR were solid all the way through. The chins didn't hurt these, they all got strong lawnmower pulls with very slow eccentrics.
WGPD 100 sapped me to where the form started to break. Dropped the weight and then rotated the reps between 10 and 8.
EZC Going slow in the eccentric really burns out the biceps. 50 starts out light but but those last reps everything is on fire.
BSS I added these to keep the train rolling and to see if I can flush out any potential soreness from the heavier squats today. We'll see how the weekend goes.

Imma go make some chicken breast veggies and rice.

Steamrolling into the weekend like a madman

*Side note
I was so unsure on the squat at 205 that I got a spotter in case I got stuck at the bottom. I looked kinda silly after a single but that's how unsure I was going into it. It came up very nearly like it was 135.

Ahaaaa.
So I googled and:
Yours is the US version (longer).
Walk the talk is a shortened version.

(Google: It means putting your words into action—showing that you mean what you say by actively doing it yourself.)

And you are doing it....

5 Rounds

WGPD 85 x 10
EZC 50 x 5
BSS BW x 5 R/L
(12mins)

Free Spin Class, one hour

Overall Workout Rating, Thoroughly Beaten

I started squats at 230, I finished spin class at 5.

Squats total weight moved last week was 6960lbs, this week it was 8125. By the feel I can hit 10k. I think I can squat 4 plates. I'll give that a try next week.
NGPU I added another rep and it was perfect.
OHP I added weight here. I still have a bodyweight press goal, and I feel like this can get me there. By the time I'm strong enough I should be close to 190, I think. That's a respectable press and bodyweight, I think.
DBBP These were very solid, even after the added weight on the OHP. Feeling good here.
DBBR These are getting stronger.
WGPD I'll be adding weight here I think. If I can't hit 100 in good form I'll just reduce reps.
EZC These are blowing up my guns. Explosive concentric, slow eccentric. These burn really good after all the other pulling work.
BSS I use these to just flush out the legs a little bit. Might have been pointless today with the spin class.
Spin Class kicked my ass. The vastus medialis has been hurt really good. We'll see what this might turn into over the next day or two.

I'm keeping the spin class. Why not, it's free, I have the gas for it, it should help me reduce my caboose. My legs are smoked, though. I might have a problem over the next days. I couldn't keep up with the class at all. I had no idea how these things went. Bad Bunny music for an hour was work just to tolerate in itself. I couldn't stand on the pedals after all the squats I did. I mostly just tried to keep pace. I didn't know that you adjusted the resistance as part of the workout. MAN! I'm dead.

Haha. Sure. You go up and down all those hills....clearly the resistance changes. Do you know your VO2 max?

We had a great instructor prior the Covid nightmare. He used a lot of classic music. Nothing like it...TadaDaDaaaaa..Bethoven's 9th and what not. It was Furious and Fun.

Now they replaced all instructors with a screen and set programs. I do not like it. Before each class felt different and the room was always full. Now the room is empty. No wonder. It's not the same energy, it's dead.

Have fun. This is life.

No I don't know my VO2max, maybe in the next year I'll get to test it. I hope I'm in a healthy range, I feel I would be anyhow.

I'm not sure about Bethoven, I'm more heavy grindy heavy metal or high energy house and EDM, beats that move fast. Grit and grind kind of stuff.

I just try to mimic the instructor and let the music fade to noise. It works for me, maybe I'll pick up the moves by the end of the semester.

I can't tell what is going on except that I can just keep going, so I am. I'm barely getting over the soreness, which reads still pretty sore but not painfully any longer, from Tuesday's spin class.

The squats are doing a lot of things all at once. There's the increase in hormone production/demand from the loads. There's a significant expenditure of energy. There is a slight cardio aspect when I'm doing these tri-sets. My legs are getting shapes. I'm sure there's more good stuff but those are the main points. Oh, can't forget to keep the squatting motion groove greased and flexible. Comes in handy for the horizontal mambo :)

Incline Dumbbell Bench Press/Dumbbell Bench Row

5 Rounds

IDBBP 55 x 15
DBBR 55 x 10 R/L
(17mins)

Squat/Neutral Grip Pullup/Overhead Press

Open with Squats 135 x 10

5 Rounds

Squat 165 x 5
NGPU BW x 2
OHP 95 x 3

5 Rounds

Squat 155 x 5
NGPU BW x 2
OHP 135 x 2

(50mins)

Wide Grip Pulldowns Behind Neck/Easy Bar Curls/Bulgarian Split Squat

5 Rounds

WGPDBN 100 x 10
EZC 50 x 5
BSS BW x 5 R/L
(16mins)

Overall Workout Rating, Keep Firing A$$holes!

IDBBP These were random try because I wanted to mix it up, as mixing it up seems to be really doing my body good. Went light and increased weight. These were awesome, could feel the chest grip, 90's at the elbows bringing the bells to the middle not touching.
DBBR I went for ten on these and that was a great move. Keep the same load makes it easier. I pulled more towards the collars on these and really felt the rear delt fire up.
Squats I really don't like doing squats but the benefits cannot be argued with. I keep pushing here because I'm not trying to squat heavy but I'm still trying to put in serious work. I think 50 squats is good work lol I'll go back to the ladders with increased max weight next week. I wanted this to be a kind of grease the groove day here.
OHP started out easy for that same greasing the groove deal but it was too light and I didn't want complete fatigue there either. So I increase weight when I dropped the squat weight. 5 sets at 135 for doubles was really nice work.
WGPDBN I sit down backward in the seat for these and pull the bar to the back of the neck, all those little muscles under the shoulder really grip on these. These were great here as well.
EZC nothing much to report here, not sure why I don't want to bump weight here yet but I think I will next week.
BSS I'm still dialing these in, today I learned that it's ok to use the rear foot to push on a little bit, it really adds stability and lets there be more focus on the front leg. I'll try weight again here with my new form next week.

Couple of random shots at 165 and 155 with OHP at the end of the session. Neither budged. Too many presses already I think. I might be good for 155 when I'm fresh I think.

Scale at 205 this morning. Boy, when I get under 200 imma cry.

Continuing to push. I really wasn't feeling it today. The drive wasn't there. I've been enjoying the development on my body, the weight loss, except for the last few days I've been on a real upturn. I've been enjoying that all so much, a missed day feels like a real loss. So I push. The weight felt heavier today, heavier but then I found the groove about midway through the squat sesh

EZC 50 x 5
BSS BW x 5 R/L
(13mins)

Overall Workout Rating, Grinder

DBBP misload on the first set was funny af. Something felt off but I didn't know what. Last rep was nearly a question mark. When I went to Row and pull on my left I found that I had a 65 not a 55. Funny thing is that I still pressed it for 15 and it was just on one hand. This was funny.
DBBR at 55 these are kind of light but it's good exercise, just go slow and milk them. I dug it.
Squat finally hit the wall. I loaded 225, I was greedy for 4 plates. I took a step back and that off feeling of the day whispered in my ear, nope. I said ok ok, let me lighten this up. Starting at 215 for a single is still pretty good. Looking forward to building up to and being able to rep with 215 before very long.
NGPU these are getting a lot easier. May start adding reps on these.
OHP these felt really heavy. I should have been able to get doubles here. It's ok. Still ended up with good presses about half the way through. My shoulders and chest were a little toasted from the bench presses but I got into the groove eventually.
WGPDBN these are perfect. These feel good going through the motion and feeling those back muscles gran and pull in. It just feels like one of those things where you keep doing them and next thing you know you have a wavy back.
BSS still working on a good balance. These feel like they help flush out the quads from the squats so I don't care about loading them very much more than just feeling them grip and push.

Indeed Pink! Decompression for a little bit has been in order. Thank you!

Mini update on the whole picture

School is going pretty well. A few of my classes frustrate because they’re too conceptual and therefore simple. The entire semester learning Dynamic Systems Theory on motor learning. It’s weak, man. Cool, but weak. I’m a problem solver, this sh!t just makes me feel like I’m wasting time when I can be figuring out stuff instead. Upside is that I’ve made friend with the professor and it turns out he sits on the PT Program selection panel.

I just got hired to work as physical therapy aid in the Acute Care facility at the hospital. What a process, but I’m in and start orientation next week. Starting pay is 4.bucks better than minimum wage but little consolation given the nature of the work I’ll often be doing. Cleaning up messes, working around pick lines, invalids, and crash and stroke victims. It won’t be the glam work of PT, but it’s a foot in the door at the place the pays the most for that type of work.

I’ve been keeping active with some countertop pushups at home and yesterday on a lark I tried some chins on my bathroom doorway bar. Wow! I pulled off 5 reps no problem nearly getting my chest up to the bar. All the work I’ve been doing gave me dividends!!!

I’ll see about getting back on track next week but it’ll be tough since I start the new work along with school at the same time. We’ll see how the week goes.

I walk a lot, on campus, besides all the other stuff so Things are moving along quite well even without the gym days.

I like to think I do just enough ahead of time to keep the dominoes going in the direction I desire. That's the idea anyhow, sometimes it really does show up in other ways when the effort is to be just a good person to others as much as possible.

I think I'm going to like the work a lot. It isn't going to be what I'm after per say, but the environment, maybe not all the poop, is something I've had a strange comfort being in. Sounds weird but I like hospitals, even with all the crazy that that entails with disease and all that. I think it's the concentration of people whose life and career revolve around solving health problems. Sometimes they feel like the only people I can trust with my life besides myself.

Update
10-22-22 08:41 PM - Post#922761

I’ve been spread so thin. I got that job at the hospital, I have 2 other jobs, my kids on the weekends and full time school. Believe it or not I can do more, I get time and when I have it I don’t know what to do. I’m not sure how to feel about that. I feel like some kind of life essence has been robbed from me, I don’t know how to enjoy my time(alone, with someone, or what to do).

I don’t have the gas to workout like I was after getting the new job. Plate is too full. I’m focusing on intake and the walking for activity. But I feel I need resistance training in there somehow. The KB’s keep coming to mind.

My latest hairbrain idea I might do on Monday. Just carry my 10lb KB around everywhere I go like a heavy suitecase. I’ll look weird but I’m pretty sure that type of thing will add up to a strengthening of many things at once. That’s just a passing idea.

In my Structural Biomechanics class we spend time at the start of each class performing different stretches, learning different concepts that connnects the concepts to how they work in the body through performing simple movements, basic movements similar to what the FMS kind of goes over. More elaborate and probably closer to the drills wrestlers would use to strengthen joints and limber up ligaments and such. Simple rolling on the ground, dead bugs, neck exercises. Things that engage and lubricate the fascia in the areas. We used rollers a little bit. This last session we worked in variants of the dead bug in several one minute goes. Ending with a kind of frog bounce force absorption movement where you bounce on hands and feet, and then unilaterally move one side hand and foot in a box pattern at each bounce. Move the opposing side back in line with the next bounce. This kicked in a cardio aspect very awesomely. I got a little sore after this session in the most odd place, the rectus femoris/quads. My shoulders could handle the bouncing but the calves and quads were in new territory on this one.

So I’m kind of thinking of mixing this one in with some simple KB work for quick 15 minute blasts. Open with a little limbering up on the ground and those froggy movements and then some KB work.

I’ve been trying to keep what I have gained with the work that I spent time doing at the college. The random checks that I do.

Last night

25 pushups
30 second hang legs lifted in front as I can(not very much but the core is TIGHT here)
20 pushups
30 second hang with legs lifted
15 pushups
5 Pull-ups

I’m sore AF today in the delts, chest and lattisimus.

We’ve been studying the ATP cycles, aerobic and anaerobic oxidative states and the abilityto build up work capacity in my exercise physiology class. All I know is those pushups are the best I’ve been able to do back to back in that fashion in that volume. I was able to call upon more power for longer. In both the second and third set it was evident I was already fatigued, in the second set around rep 12 the difficulty scale jumped up hard to RPE 8 easily. I pushed through it to 20 reps. On the 3rd the 3 reps already told me I was in for a ride, I kept pushing because I could literally feel that I could even though it was hurting. I still made it to 15 which by the time I got there blew me away.
This aside from the 7 stories(total) I take at work buy stairs.
Today I’m sore and I’m loving it. I’m feeling another cycle coming and I’m excited to start it, whatever it is.

And, I’m crushing all my classes. I love this shit. I’d say I’m having the time of my life but it’s all work lol I’ll just say that this learning process and overall mental/physical/emotional growth really suites me.

I’m less than a year away from picking between PT or AT and I’m truly stuck. I don’t like the either or thing about them, I want them both. I might just have to go with both.

Quick Week Review and Some Work
10-27-22 02:49 AM - Post#922852

Been working at the hospital since the tenth, still haven't done my "job" yet. All paperwork and videos so far, a little practical proficiency check list work as well. I may start shadowing soon.

I caught wind of a person going to leave at the PT clinic where I'm doing my observation. I spoke to the director about sliding in to their job. BOOM! Now I'm going to be getting paid at the same time I'm getting both my in-patient and out-patient observation hours of a licensed PT for the purposes of applying to the PT program at my school. All I have left if a couple runs at the GRE, personal statement, complete BS and prereq's, letters of recom and I'll apply next Fall to start Fall 24 if they admit me. I'll go into the Masters Athletic Training program if I don't make the cut. Fingers crossed.

I've been getting in some work since Monday. Little spurts while I do homework.

Monday
25 Pushups
30 second Hang
20 Pushups
30 Second Hang
15 Pushups
5 Pullups

Tuesday
24KG KB down and up stairs, 4 flights total
4 Rounds 24 KG KB
2 x Snatch R
2 x Press R
2 x Front Squat R
2 x Snatch L
2 x Press L
2 x Front Squat
(over about 5 hours while doing homework, one round each time I took a break)

Wednesday

Unpacking the day through exercise

5 Rounds

12 x Pushups
10 x 24 KG KB Swing
10 x 24 KG KB Goblet Squat
30 Second Bar Hang Straight legs raised as tolerated
20 minutes

I'm going to see if I can keep some kind of daily activity this way. I brought my KB up from the garage, that's what led to that day of some up and down the flights of stairs. The goblet squats were easier than I thought they'd be for ten reps. That was unexpected and cool. Onward

I think I like this compact little routine. If I have more time I'll add in the suitcase carry up and down the stairs. I think what I like most is that I can just jump right in and I seem to be getting stronger with it as well. Maybe next week I'll add a set or two to make it tougher.

Tuesaday
5 Rounds

15 x Pushups
10 x 24 KG KB Swing
10 x 24 KG KB Goblet Squat
30 Second Bar Hang Straight legs raised as tolerated

19:02 minutes

I was texting some classmates while working out, the ole multitasking lining up spring semester 23, fall semester 23 and workout trick.

Trying to be consistent with small routines that hit the whole body, good exercise and keep me developing. There was a couple things I saw in another log from Yadmit that made me play and have fun today.

Thursday
10 Rounds
24KG KB
2 X Squat Clean (some with curls at the bottom)
5 X Pushup
2 X Pullup
13 minutes

Up and out. Short breaks here and there between rounds. Started heating up around round 3 and kept a solid working pace for the whole routine. I wanted easy and good work at the same time. I think this worked well. I could have used more squat cleans and pushups for the whole routine. Since I've never done this combo for that many rounds I wasn't sure how to set the reps so this was a great tester.

Pullups are seriously stronger than they have been in a long time. My collars are getting closer to the bar and everything. I think considering age and weight this come back is moving along sweetly. A real case of less is more is piling up.

Friday
24kg KB
5 Rounds
3 X Snatch R
3 X Squat Clean
3 X Snatch L
Hang 30 Seconds

5 Rounds
10 X Pushups
10 X Swings
2 X Chin

17:30 mins

Saturday

15 minutes tag with other college students, tied to another student. 4 Hours of obstacle course that included a double stacked cargo net, crisscrossed highpoles, highpole chicken jump challenge, group balance raft challenge and cross the swamp team challenge. 4 hours of madness that started with that running away from people playing tag at 8am. I was not a happy camper.
