I think I like this compact little routine. If I have more time I'll add in the suitcase carry up and down the stairs. I think what I like most is that I can just jump right in and I seem to be getting stronger with it as well. Maybe next week I'll add a set or two to make it tougher.

10 x 24 KG KB Swing
10 x 24 KG KB Goblet Squat
30 Second Bar Hang Straight legs raised as tolerated
