Yes, it's been good, keeping me relatively strong and fit. I'm not pushing too hard, having some easier days and weeks here and there. I had to give up on Squats and Deadlifts again because of lower back issues.

I've had some weird headaches and occasional dizzyness after the holiday in Sardinia. Coffee (or caffeine in general) made it worse, so I cut down my coffee consumption by half after the holiday (from 4 to 2 cups a day). Even that didn't help, so I stopped drinking coffee completely on Saturday. I've drank coffee pretty constantly for the last 30 years, so time for a break.

For me it was the other way round: I stopped coffee and didn't drink it at all for years.Some time ago I started again but what was just a small cup once day became more so I was thinking, too, that perhaps I ought to go cold turkey again.

Thanks, PP! I did contact our GP practice, but they just told to me keep an eye on it and come back if it persists. The dizzyness doesn't happen anymore, I just get an occasional slight headache, which could be related with caffeine withdrawal. I have just one green tea now every morning. I don't really miss coffee, it's funny to notice how impatient and anxious it made me feel over the years.
