Notes
Lower back started hurting during squat warm-up sets, so stopped there. It's the usual spot, right side of the spine. I have felt a few twinges in the last 2-3 weeks, it started during 65kg squats. I think when my lower spine goes into hyperextension, something goes and it takes some days or weeks to recover. I had a pretty good run, so happy I got this far.

Onwards and upwards, switching to a more back friendly routine again.
