This site came online shortly after Ron's site. It's a little hard to navigate sometimes but it has a wealth of the old articles available. I regularly refer to it.

This site has been up for a few years, but was recently updated only a couple weeks ago. Its much better now as far as navigating goes.

I saw the instruction for the gironda dip
Tried them, can't do them
Although it looks "easier" on a v type dip station rather than the parallel station that I have.
It is a great site and old Vince looks like a scary dude in some of the pics from the 80's
