I will attempt to do a 10 minutes workout everyday before lunch. I do a major workout 3-4 days a week. (MMS lite)

What do you think is better
A ten minute yoga flow
Or a ten minute ~15 set ES type workout

The workout with sets will be super lite

If you had to choose or create a ten minute mindless before lunch plan what would you choose

There's no either/or:

Do a set of X for five
Original strength or whatever
Do a set of X for five
Repeat OS

Next exercise...rinse, repeat.

OS between sets is what we do now.

Since you already have the lifting covered, suggest devoting the ten minutes to the McGill Big 3 or the 5 Tibetan Rites (plenty of videos for both on YouTube).
Be strong. Be in shape. Be a man among men, regardless of your age or circumstances.

I've done MMS Lite, and on the off days I would not touch a weight. Yoga and walking are good though, they help recovery.

Tai Chi 24 Yang short form is easy to learn in a couple of day's and takes just a few minutes.

There's also the famous Charles Atlas Dynamic Tension system, 15 mins a day.
