There's a couple of mentions made of being able to work your forearms and grip pretty much without limit, but I'd like to give a heads up on the elbows. Best to keep an eye on your elbows when doing a lot of grip/forearm stuff.

A guy would have to be a bit of an acrobat to do that! One eye on the elbow while doing barbell wrist curls. Hey, add a stability ball on a balance board nailed to the wall and we might have something here!

Life's too short to worry about longevity.
