I worked out Thursday, as I posted. Friday and Saturday I was so sore. Sunday morning as well.

I was tested Sunday evening. I have the COVID again. Thought I was going to make it to work Thursday, 24 hours symptom free. As today progressed, I still had chills, body aches, the cough.

I had it in the summer but I also got rash and hives all over for 3 days. Take it easy going back to working out, my sacrum area got severely inflamed and took 6 months to get better.

Thank you all! The first time was three weeks. This time about half that. I think the symptoms and fatigue were about the same. I still had to decide to wee on the couch, or shuffle to the bathroom. I am proud to say I shuffled every time.

Tonight I feel I can put in a session. Let us see how it goes.

Some wunder why but I got a booster shot the other day, I don't want to risk repeating last summer and have my workouts set way back.
