Thanks for the link!
I’ve been doing 4x45 minute MAF/LISS sessions per week on the erg and recently set a few PR’s rowing. I supplement with 1-2 swing sessions per week and it’s working great.
I’ve had good results using Training for the Uphill Athlete for long hikes, trail races and climbing. Those guys and Coach Dan are my secret weapon!
