Thanks to Dan's work, I have been doing complexes with a walk after as a primary training method for quite some time, and it has been the special sauce for me, especially when paired with carries. I know the ES for fat loss through Olympic lifting calls for this in addition to the C&J and snatch. I would like to do this, but several years ago I broke my wrist and since the injury I just cannot physically rack a clean.

Are there any issues with doing a double kettlebell version? Or maybe a clean grip high pull and jerk combo? Any advice is appreciated!

I'm sorry I missed this! I think that is an excellent idea. Any feedback on this as you go would be appreciated.

The Double Clean and FS are just great moves...this is a good idea...

Thank you sir! After 7 workouts on this program I am down 2.5 lbs. I am finding the C+J with a power clean instead of a full squat clean is mostly tolerable to my bad wrist, but we shall see once the weight gets heavier. For now, I have been alternating the traditional C+J with the Double KB C+FS+J and so far, so good.

After the walk, I am absolutely starving!
