Hi from Wales Dan

I tried to ask this in the Pat Flynn podcast but then realised it was too big doh!

Question primarily for Dan.

After reading Dan's love of loaded carries I have played around with Cooke walks only as I live in an apartment.

However I will hopefully soon move & have a garage gym & easier access to get outside from my gym.

So I want to run a program of solely loaded carries for awhile since I now can far more easily.

Ignoring sets/ reps I am thinking of 2 options for the exercises.
I am leaning towards option 1 more.

What is your opinion of the loaded carry choices for the programme.

Option 1

"Monday - Farmer DBL

Wednesday - Rack DBL

Friday - single arm overhead

4-6 weeks"

Or

Option 2

"single bell Cooke drill loaded carries only.
Use a bell you can Bottom up clean."

Thanks

Although I accept this might not be a huge help, but I would count overhead carries (part of the cook drill I know) and sled pulls in a loaded carry programme.

Both options are good, so do one Week One and the other Week Two. You might find quickly that variation is the joy of LC work.

I like it!

Why either/or when you can have both.
