Yard work, mowing the lawn, stained the floor of the deck

Pedaled a stationary bike at low impact for 30 minutes

45 minute walk with dog
Needed a quick hitter, decided on More Kettlebell Muscle's Lucky 13 workout
Double 45's

Work:rest ratio 1:2
Double Swing x 5
Double Clean x 5
Alternating Reverse Lunge, 5L, 5R
Seesaw Press, 5,5
Ab roller 3 x 10
Vacuum 3 x 4
Plank x 3

Presses don't bother my shoulder. Lunges were TOUGH. I think I dinged my shoulder doing pushups and band pull-aparts.

Played 18 this AM and walked.
My college buddy who was in my wedding was in town and saw another friend I haven't seen in a couple of years.

Tanqueray and tonic on the 19th hole, then,

Stuffed my face with pizza and 2 beers for lunch.

Double Swing x 1
Double Clean x 1
Reverse Lunge x 1L, 1R
Seesaw Press x 1L, 1R

Rested 4 minutes and did Easy Day

23 minute workout. Felt great

5 mile walk around Kennebunkport ME

Double Snatch x 1
Press X 1
Lunge 1L, 1R
Double Clean x 1
Squat x 1

This was a teeth grinder. I got through it, but it was uncomfortable in the 4th and 5th sequence of the last round. Heart rate was over 180 when I finished with the legs shaking. Feels great now! Hair under 19 minutes.

Intermittent pressing double 55's 5 sets of 3 in afternoon.

Front Squat x 1

Took 12:20. It was uncomfortable as fatigue set in holding bells in rack, but I persevered. A good challenge. Heart rate 182 when I was done.

Did a 4.5 mile hike with wife and dog after workout and played a HORRENDOUS round of golf.

7:20 total
3.7 mile mountain goat run. One of the 5 best outdoor runs I've had this year. Huge long steep hill about 60% into the run.

Intermittent pressing
Double 55's. 5 x 3

This was a killer. My legs had the complete shakes when I was done. 14:20

45 minute walk.

Intermittent PM lifting every hour Week 2, Double 55's. 5 x 4, nice and smooth.
