I'm going to try steak & eggs in about 4 or so weeks. I'm going to supplement it with a special mix protein shake in between meals. I've never tried steak & eggs exclusively before. I'm going to primarily use ribeye as my steak of choice, but will also throw some t-bone in there as well. I'd like to see how it works for me.

I've seen steak 'n' eggs on menus but never had it, my big breakfast would be sausage, bacon, 3 eggs over-hard, home-fries, baked beans and white toast, not a regular part of my diet.

Ahh! The good ole eggs, bacon or sausage and toast! Can't go wrong there either!

If you get the amounts right, you may find that you only desire 2 meals a day when on the steak and eggs temporary diet. It keeps the blood sugar stabilized for 6-8 hours IF you get the proper balance of steak and eggs. Everyone is different in this regard. Every second or third day have a large salad of mixed greens, just to keep everything moving.

steak 'n' eggs sounds really good. My next door neighbor who was in his 80's had that for breakfast all the time.

Steak & eggs

Best geezer breakfast there is. Holds me for most of the day.

The trick is to buy thinner-sliced economical packs. I can't eat a 1½ inch steak with eggs.

I use Strip or lean ground meat.

Not an everyday thing. Other times omelets with leftovers.

These days, I can only manage one good meal (chicken, fish, steak, eggs or pasta, canned vegetables) with a couple of snacks like Greek yogurt, nuts and honey or apples.

I've been making a lot of bean soup, too.

Yes, I have read that that you have to get the amounts right and also asked several people that tried it. They said the amount of steak is the most important. The more steak that you eat, the longer your appetite will stay suppressed.

Looks great! And, sounds like you have a great daily menu, with the snacking and all.

I'm an organ meat fan, but never tried kidneys. Had goat kidneys froze once, but never ate them an threw them away.

There’s nothing nicer than a soft fried egg sitting on top of your favourite steak.
With steamed veggies

My favourite steak is a scotch fillet or eye fillet
Nice legs-shame about the face

I do not know what is the general rule now, but when boxers had to cut weight in the old days, it was steak and eggs. I imagine everyone here already knew that. But I think it was a documentary I saw on Marcia no, that after 10 weeks on steak and eggs he could not stand them.
