I've found my training has gotten so much better since I cut out a lot of the noise(mainly from various magazines) and started doing more of the things that Dan, Mike Boyle, etc. recommend. Again, not stuff that's going to work for a "21-day beach body shred," but will work if you want to feel and move better.

Sleep soundly. Drink Water. Eat veggies and protein. Walk.
Wear your seat belt. Don’t smoke. Floss your teeth.
Put weights overhead. Pick weights off the floor. Carry weights.
Reread great books. Say thank you

For my fellow geezers, I would add:

- Don't let an erection go to waste.

(Don't look at me like that! It's a prostate health issue.)
Be strong. Be in shape. Be a man among men, regardless of your age or circumstances.
