Everything about this is painful. Thought for thought a total rip off of one of Dan’s best. I give you:

Pretty sure he had Dan’s article open on one monitor while he typed out that gem. Are some people incapable of being embarrassed? I wonder sometimes.

Based on the pic at the top of the page the protein they’re selling makes you pretty constipated. Might want to recommend some Metamucil (orange flavor I think) with the OLAD program...

He even mentions Dan by name without giving any credit whatsoever to his first publishing/creating this!

As a former teacher this especially bothers me. In an electronic age where information flows freely there seems to be NO consideration for intellectual property. You would think in a time where data and ideas are literally at our fingertips that we would be more careful than ever to acknowledge how ideas develop and honor our histories, but the opposite seems to be true. People publish any and everything with no regard whatsoever to the inter-connectedness of us all.

Sorry, rant over. I know Dan usually laughs (or maybe it's a resigned bemusement) at these types of things, but personally I see it as evidence of the eroding of our values.

Yeah...it's pretty close to the T-nation article.

I've seen worse (bodybuilding.com)...
