Bill Pettis, in the early '80s to mid '80s was a bodybuilder with the largest muscular arms in the world. Yes, bigger than Sergio and Arnold. He was lost in alcohol, was homeless and lived on the streets of Venice, CA for years. Yesterday, Bill Pettis passed away at the age of 70. RIP, Bill.
