Decided to do another 40 days due to an upcoming busy winter season. Full details (including thoughts and tweaks on what I'm doing) are in my log, but I'll post the basics here:

Crawled around the gym as part of my warm up

1/2 get ups (25#) (I also add 1 press from kneeling at the top.) - 3L/3R

Swings - 24kg x 15
Goblet Sqts - 3
Swings - 32kg x 15, 15, 15, 15
Goblets - 3,3

Pull-ups - 2,2,2; goal was 10 reps, but these need work.
Press - 45# x 5L/5R, 50# x 5L/5R - presses felt really good

Deadlift - 225x 5,5

Approximately 20 minutes not including warm-up

Day 2

swings (24kg) x 40, 20, 15

1-arm db press: 50x 5L/5R, 5L/5R

Pull-ups: 3, 3, 2

Deadlift 225 x 5, 5

Ab wheel x 5, 5
