Man this sh^# is rampant in powerlifting. Guys overthink EVERYTHING. I’m guilty myself. The answer is usually.. eat more.. rest better.. put more weight on the bar.. be patient..repeat.

Hahaha! That one's a keeper and I loves it.

But yeah, some of us will have more "free" time here.
So it might be a plan to keep a handle on the McThink stuff.
I'm thinkin' that the McDo is the real deal.
