The fourth of five progress reports:

10/18/2021 10 sets of 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/19/2021 10 sets of 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/20/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/21/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/22/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

10/23/2021 10 sets pf 15 reps with 20 lb heavy club emom

10/24/2021 5 sets pf 15 reps with 52.5 lb kettlebell emom

24 day total - 3,400 swings

Notes: 10/21 was after a 2.5 hour hike. 10/23 was after a heavy deadlift day. 10/24 was after a 2.25 hour hike

Only a week to go and I have to be honest I'm starting to feel it. I'll finished the month and decide what I'll do going forward. Swings will be a part of my regular workout going forward, I'm just not sure about every day.
