Back to the gym. Full body, machines only, 10x25x1: Leg ext, seated leg curl, seated calf raise, seated press, side lateral, high row, chest assisted row, chest press, preacher curl, OH tri ext

McGill Curlup x 25
Partial Single Leg Raise x 25/25

Treadmill: 15 minutes
Suitcase carry: 10 x 10 trips
Walk: 2 miles

Bodyweight: 157.0

Not much to say, except all squares checked.
