It was tempting to skip today. I'm on such a good roll, though. What to do. Well, how about I skip the warmup for time's sake, go a skosh lighter, and increase reps and sets. Ok.

105x5 for 8 rounds

Row 00:21, Press 01:30, Squat 03:15

Notes

First two rounds got front squats. That got too weird to transition to so I went to back squats. Holy shit those are light af. Wtf? It's ok though, this was great for moving around under weight and just plain getting strong and fit. I really worked on not taking long breaks, as I heated up I was right around 30 seconds.

Rows. Strong all the way through.
Press. These got better as I heated up. The very last rep did want to stall but it didn't, I pressed through.
Squats. Holy moly, switching to back squats was like lightening the weight. All of a sudden I felt twice as strong.
