105x5, 115x3, 125x2

B1) Chins: BW x 5/3/2, 5/3/2, 5/3/2
B2) Dips: BW x 5/3/2, 5/3/2, 5/3/2

*I think this was a good selection of exercises today. Nothing heavy or crazy and a nice workout after the heavier type work the other day.
