Sun 17 Jan 21 (Back in the present, lol)

Warmup
-Ab work: Ab wheel x15/Straight-leg Sit-ups: 2-lbs x 15/Reverse Crunch: 20lbs (held overhead) x15

A1) Jump rope: x5
A2) Heavy Swings: 32kg x 10,10,10,10,10

B1) Incline BP: 155x 5/3; 155x4/3/2/1: 155x5/4/3/2/1
B2) Trap Bar DL: 300x 5/3; 300x4/3/2/1: 300x5/4/3/2/1

*Pretty good. Back is a feeling it a bit but that is to be expected. I'll have to do some extra evening stretches
*For the B1/2 I was going to do 5/3/2 reps but then I remembered the descending ladder workout I've done in the past. First went with the 4/3/2/1 and then the 5/4/3/2/1. I used a weight that I could do 6 or 7 with (maybe a touch more) and about 20 seconds (20 breaths) between the B1 and B2 which actually gave me a pretty decent rest but not so much that it took away from the reps. You can get a lot of total reps in a short time, almost like an EDT work. If you do this twice thats 30 total reps, 3 times would be 45 and it would be a fairly quick workout
