Not quite, but close. I trained at a boxing/MMA gym where they scheduled daily 45 minute "boot camps". We did lots of circuits that integrated boxing combos (mostly on a heavy bag, but shadow boxing would work too) with bodyweight and kettlebell movements. Everything was timed, sometimes using three to five minute rounds, other times spurts like 30 sec on 30 off or tabata. For the former, he would assign reps; for the latter, it was always amrap. Brutal sessions, but the conditioning was exceptional.
