Today I did my first workout coming out of 7 months of mobility work.

Grad workout with a SINGLE 16kg.

basically this isn't techniquely the grad workout which asks for doubles but I only have the 16kg at my GF. If I had all my KBS I would of used a 12+16kg pair.

Cleans X2
Press x1
Front squat X3

Left then right.

I did 15 left +15 right.

I liked the asymmetrical squats they show up my unequal hips.
