Damn, you have it all in there.
This could even be a nice program for younger guys like me.

Modification for younger guys:

- LSD runs 2-3x instead of walks (using MAF-numbers?)
- Low volume of heavy Deadlifts in Workout B
- Once per week go for some hill sprints after Workout A

Thoughts?
