I had another 6x1 day on wednesday and i feel like it went very well.

I'll again just list the heaviest weight. I also did not miss any reps.

Back Squat: 325
Bench Press: 240. Still being conservative on this with my elbow. I only did 5 sets, because i felt any heavier than 240 at this point would have been too much. I had no pain or discomfort so i felt good stopping there.
Deadlift: 460
t-bar rows: 180

I am not quit halfway through the plan and i have already matched where i finished my last time through Even Easier Strength on my squats and deadlifts.

On the deadlifts i felt i could have done 10+ pounds more, but i did not want to miss any reps. The weight really came off the floor quickly and i actually stood with it at the top for a few seconds just to appreciate how "easily" i lifted it.


If anyone is reading along, how realistic is my goal of 500 on the deadlift? is 475 more realistic for me?
