In no particular order:

- 40 Day Workout.

- Power to the People (alternating one block of Squat/Upper Pull and another of Hinge/Upper Push).

- 50/20.

- 5/3/1.

- Modified Starting Strength (5x5 ramping sets and alternating Squat/DL, Press/BP and Pull Up/Pendlay Row).

- Wife's Program Minimum.
"I think we often spend too much time focusing on max fitness
and not nearly enough on maintaining our minimums.
It seems we need to think sustainable rather than obtainable.
Meaning whatever we do today, we can do it again tomorrow.
Never taking so much from ourselves that we can't."
