Warmup

A1. Front Squat: 75kg x 1, 80kg x 1, 85kg x 1, 90kg x 1, 92,5kg x 1, 95kg x 1
A2. Swings: 16kg x 10 x 8

B1. Military Press: 55kg x 1, 57,5kg x 1, 60kg x 1, 62,5kg x 1, 65kg x 1, 70kg x 1
B2. Pull-ups: BW x 1, +5kg x 1, +7,5kg x 1, +10kg x 1, +12,5kg x 1, +15kg x 1

C. RDL: 90kg x 1, 100kg x 1, 105kg x 1, 110kg x 1, 115kg x 1, 120kg x 1

D. Ab Wheel: 5, 5, 5 (standing, using 2' high ramp)

E. Farmer Walk: 2x37kg dumbbells x 40m (1 stop)

Stretches

Notes
I'm going to be away for the next two days, so I had to do this workout without a day of rest between. Surprisingly it went better than I expected. Finally I dared to try 95kg in Front Squat (new 1RM). It was pretty hard, but there might be another 2,5kg increment in the tank. With Military Press, I couldn't resist trying 70kg, which went up with medium amount of effort. This is my 1RM, which I've done before, but not for few years. I can't remember what my 1RM is in weighted pull-ups, but I'm happy with 15kg.

Each RDL rep was deadlifted from the floor and followed by the RDL rep. 120kg went up nice and smooth, but it does feel a bit scary.
