Back still bothering me.

Squats and deads are out until I get used to this Biking.

Did a very easy upper body workout with Dumbbells

One Arm Bent Over Dumbbell Rows.

8-6-4 with 30 lbs for each arm.

One arm dumbbell Bench Press

8-6-4 with 30 lbs for each arm.
------------------------- ---------

One arm standing dumbbell shoulder press.

8-6-4 with 30 lbs for each arm.
------------------------- ---------

Two arm dumbbell hammer curls

8-6-4 with 25 lbs for each arm.

23 minutes
