I was able to increase the weights considerably and also kept the rest down to under 20 seconds other than the calf raises since the last time I cramped and I wanted to avoid that. The increase felt good and going to 6x6 just feels right for now. I will stay with this next week and see where it takes me. I was also surprised to see that my weight dropped to 212 after visiting my mother and sister. I not only went to a graduation party but had my mother constantly trying to force feed me with all sorts of nasty stuff like cookies and ice cream. My resistance was good and I came out in good shape.
