Cybex Leg Press/Squat

Seated Calf

90/20; 180/4 - calf cramped - had to stop

Hanging Knee-Ups

25/25/25/25

Hammer Crunch Machine

70/12; 80/12; 80/12; 80/10

Used a new inhalor today and it helped. Calf cramped and it is hurting tonight. It may need a rest.
