Back, Shoulders & biceps.
Neutral pull downs
75 x 15
95 x 10
115 x 10
135 x 10 3 sets
Db rows
35 x 10
50 x 10
65 x 10 for 3 sets

Laterals
5 x 10
10 x 10
15 x 10
20 x 10 for 4 sets

40lb bb curls x 10 for warm up
Straight bar curls
70 x 6 for 6 sets

Good workout. A little harder than the last one, but just enough extra work to stimulate, not annihilate.
