Workout A

Superset 3x15
Crunches
Leg Raises

Added one set here as a way of extending the warm up.

Dumbbell Swing
20,25,30 x 10
Added these to ensure that I was warmed up and that my core temperature had risen. Broke a light sweat with these and didn't experience any of the problems from lack of sufficient warm up that I experienced in the first workout.

Superset 4x8
Dumbbell Bench
20,20,25,25
Close grip Lat Pulldown
75,85,90,95

Laterals...a la Scott
8 lbs., 4x8

Superset 4x8
Dumbbell Row
Bench Dips

Less soreness and pain in the shoulders this time around...but still will keep a careful eye on the shoulder integrity. Still limiting the movement to a ninety degree bend with both the dumbbell benches and the bench dips. These are quick little workouts that feel pretty good.

Naturally, following this workout I had to get some quality protein into my system...so out came the leftover turkey. Wicked LOVE leftover turkey. (The trytophan ought to help me sleep, too!)
