A. Snatch Complex: broomstick x 8 x 2, 20kg x 5

B. Snatch: 30kg x 2, 40kg x 2 x 5

C. Power Clean & Jerk: 40kg x 1, 55kg x 1 x 5

D1. One Arm Press: 16kg x 10 x 3 (each arm)
D2. Pull-up: BW x 3 x 3

E. Farmer Walk: 2x32kg KBs x 40m

F1. Ramp Rollout: BW x 15
F2. Push-up: BW x 15

Bird dog, hanging loose, curl-up and stretches.
