Wednesday workout Legs

Leg extensions
45 x 15
55 x 15
65 x 15

Leg curls
25 x 15 me
35 x 15 2 sets me
25,35,45 x 15 for Jason

Leg Press
135 x 15
235 x 15 4 sets

Changed the angle up one notch on the leg press machine and got great depth with slow reps and felt it in my glutes more. Have to go a little heavier next time. Oh yeah it must have been 90 in the garage this evening. I was drenched.
