30 HS Leg Extension
30 HS Leg Curl
2x10 Cable Squats a la Brignole

2x10 RDL
2x10 HS Pulldown (one arm at a time)
1x15 Low Cable Rows

2x10 Incline DB Press

HS Triceps Extension 20,15
HS Seated Curl 2x10
2x10 Wrist Curl and Forearm rotations
