AM -- nothing -- too tired.

PM

Usual Warmup.


PP -- 155 x 5, 3, 2
Jump shrug -- 3 x 5 w/55 dbs

2 x 10 reverse crunch, usual stretches.

Wraps.

Some whey/creatine before workout.

250 swings.

Light and snappy.

Going to do some drills if I can ever get out of the office.

Vacation can't come soon enough.
