I wish this congestion would clear up too, Art. This is lasting forever. My taste is gone - everything has no flavor. But this too shall pass.

As far as 6x6 being easier, I see your point but for me, resistance was never tough but breathing is with my asthma. 8x8 really taxes my breathing even when I am well so 6x6 is less stressful for me. But I will definitely revisit 8x8 down the road. It's a great routine.

I may add a third exercise to each or some bodyparts next week. Even with my cold, I felt I had a little more in the tank and could have had a bit more pump. Rest day tomorrow - golf.
