Willie,

Great to see you and your beautiful, sweet lady on Satuday.

The bench presses with the rolled up towel on my chest worked perfectly. Moved up thirty pounds from a weight that bothered the shoulder last week with no pain at all!!! Amazing.

Also altered the tricep pushdown 21's as you suggested. Awesome pump.
