Also, let your body movement shift the handles up and down. Moving the handles up as you go down shifts the top squat lower on your back -- into a low-bar position -- then back up to a high bar starting position as the handles move back down as you come back up. Also, don't forget you can move your hands to different spots along the handles to find a comfortable spot dependent upon your arm length.

Take home point: Don't try to force the handles to stay in one place. They should move along with you.
