Since joining the Dan John Forum in April 2017, my whole approach to training has transformed for the better! I have learnt so much from each and everyone of you! In fact, there was a time in my life a few years back when the Dan John Forum was the first thing I would log onto each morning. Discovering Dan John has been a Game changer and possible Life changer for me! Sincerest thanks to Laree. You are a treasure! To Dan Martin for your intelligent input and as Moderator.
