Running an ES inspired program for a minimum of 21 workouts before any changes can be made. Below will be the routine:

Swings: 75-125 Reps
TBDL: 2 x 5
Slight Decline Bench: 2 x 5
Chins: 2 x 5
Ab Rollouts: 2 x 5
10 Min. Farmers Walk

I'll check back in once the 21 workouts have been completed!
