It's going to be fun the first time we see goblet squats go fully mainstream. Like, say, in Arnold's Encyclopedia, 3rd Edition.

Men's Health website. I remember reading it when it came out and after doing a Goblet Squat workout last night looked for the article. I think your deadlift one is on there too. I will look.

Reason number 752 I don't like my Gym is they don't have a squat rack so my leg work has to be creative.

Last night I decided 5 Goblets after every set of upper body work.

Walked up the rack from 25 to 75 then decided I didn't need to do as much upper body work.

For the past month or so I've been doing three sets of Goblet squats and two sets of Bootstraper squats daily.
Mark it Zero.
