The Gray Iron Fitness Newsletter, Issue #339. Sprinting at 100.

Sorry I do not know how to put the link here but I want to share, The Gray Iron Fitness Newsletter. He is in his late 80s and continues to inspire, a window into later years.

I would add, stay bendy. I'm an ICU nurse. You can tell the healthier active people over 70, they are bendy and not stiff as a 2x12.

Thanks, Vicki. Great resource. I signed up.

If anyone is serious about exercising for longevity, Dr. Peter Attia is THE man. Check out his interviews and podcasts:
https://peterattiamd.com/

Rusty Moore, a fitness expert supported by our own Dan John and a follower of Dr. Attia, has written a related course, called Ageless that provides his weight training, cardio, and dietary recommendations for staying in the game into our senior years:
https://visualimpactfitne ss.com/visual-impact-ageless /?fbclid=IwAR3AFF9tik8epW rS2lqBN3I2iHOP0kyv7mIp...

I recently purchased the course and have since incorporated several of Rusty's ideas into my routines. Pretty good stuff.

Be strong. Be in shape. Be a man among men, regardless of your age or circumstances.

Use It OR Lose It as they say. That's one reason why I've been running (1 mile) to keep everything moving, and moving fast.
