Thank you. I like the interviews with bodybuilders from certain eras. If I sit and listen I learn things. What a change from my younger years. It is a bit embarrassing to look back and realize what a know it all schmuck I was. Again, thank you for the interview!

Tom was a legend back then. Real interesting life story and the worse things got for him the more he trained.

Your welcome to those who gave a like for the interview. I myself did not know where Platz fitted in the history or that he trained with both Dave and Arnie.

Yeah milk and egg protein shakes, I did not have a shake but today I did have 6 cold soft boiled eggs for lunch and a quart of yogurt for supper. Hope to be 65 Friday as a fairly well defined 175 lbs.

One is REAL early.
