Jon Jon is now 65. During this interview he said he used this protocol to gain 15 pounds over three to four months about seven years ago i.e. when he was around 57 or 58.

I recall a great episode of Ric Drasin's show featuring Jon Jon Park. His discussion of training then was along similar lines, as I remember. I wouldn't be surprised if it's still up on YouTube.
