On Facebook, Ken Baudoux asked if I had any photos of the gym building days. Now, that was over 30 years ago... but I guess I'm a photo hoarder, so, yes, I do. Don't fool yourself that owning a gym will be a good "retirement pastime;" no part of gym ownership is easy. It's extremely fulfilling if you can hold everything together though.
