When I worked in construction I have for breakfast every morning - 1 cup Alpen Muesli=12g protein, cup of hot 3.25% milk, ground flax and chia seeds, tablespoon walnuts, cashews, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, 4 dates and 2 prunes, let soak 15 mins.

I still make this but not everyday now retired.

For lunch I would have 3 Dairy Queen Double Hamburgers, Large French Fries, and sometimes a Chocolate Shake.

For a Late Night Snack after working out.
I would have a large Bolgna & Cheese TOGO's Submarine (where they would poor on the Mayonnaise). Then wash it down with a quart glass jar of Protein Powder in Milk before going to bed. I ate well back then. Thanks.

That's power right there, Henry. Very good. I find I can eat way too much oats, or more than I should for some reason. A cup dry though, that seems like about what I can eat. Maybe I'll see how much that weighs. I do a mix with 50/50 farina and some walnuts and flax and chia and dates. Vanilla pinch salt, molasses when I have it. Good stuff.

Diablo sounds like you have the makings of a very good Health Bar.

That really does sound like a good trail mix type of snack!
