Which of Tim Anderson's books is the best to start with?

With a hazy memory, I think Original Strength Reloaded was the previous recommendation?

Or would one of his later titles, now a better starting place?

Thanks.

I think Original Strength Reloaded is as good a place to start as any. They're all kind of "same but different" though each provides a different perspective.

I think, maybe, that Habitual Strength is the most... Danjohnesque one. But it doesn’t really matter which one you pick.

It seems we need to think sustainable rather than obtainable.

I have most of Tim's books. I would recommend Original Strength Reloaded then The Becoming Bulletproof Project.

Those two will pretty much cover everything. The rest of the books provide more detail and ideas for specific areas (e.g. tactical, performance, etc.).

His youtube and blog are really excellent, too.
